The Urban League of Kansas hosted a forum on Thursday night, providing an opportunity for voters in the Wichita school district to hear from both sides on the proposed $450 million bond issue.
One issue supporters and opponents have been going back and forth on is test scores in the district. This is based on state assessments of elementary, middle and high school students.
