Patriots hire Josh McDaniels as offensive coordinator: Six-time Super Bowl champion returns to New England
Once again, Josh McDaniels will fill the New England Patriots offensive coordinator position. As expected, the team is hiring McDaniels after speaking with him Tuesday, according to CBS Sports lead NFL insider Jonathan Jones. The Patriots made the move official on Wednesday.
In addition to his success with Tom Brady, McDaniels developed Mac Jones into a Pro Bowl quarterback during the 2021 season.
