Officials Thursday have identified the man who died in a Pompano Beach crash last year as prosecutors revealed the alleged driver has a long history of being pulled over for speeding.

According to Palm Beach Police, on Tuesday, officers arrived at the Mar-a-Lago Club, located at 1100 South Ocean Blvd., to help U.S. Secret Service after agents found and stopped Arceo at the club.
