Reservations through ANA app : Reserve through "Lounge Shower Room Reservations" which will be shown at "Passenger Guide" in the ANA app for ANA LOUNGE eligible customers, after booking ANA flight. (You can reserve the shower room in ANA LOUNGE from midnight JST one week before boarding.)

Lounge access is not available when boarding codeshare flights departing from terminals without an ANA Lounge, or using airports besides those mentioned above. Please note this does not apply to international flights.

With an ANA SUITE LOUNGE voucher, you can use ANA designated lounges, such as ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE. Please present the voucher to the ANA SUITE LOUNGE representative when you enter the lounge. Each voucher allows access for one person.

You can use eligible lounges at discounted rates by paying for lounge access in advance through the ANA website. Paid lounge access is available at Haneda and Narita airports in Japan and at Daniel K. Inouye Airport in Honolulu.
